Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tri-tech Systems TT5-610 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tsubakimoto products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Trygon-Electric product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tsubakimoto such as the ENH015S37 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FAS4CSG44A manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TL830V by Manufacturer Trygon-Electric as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Trumpf Brand BUM60S040854B000VCA0001113 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tsi such as 9187 equipment made by Tsi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tsi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tsi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NI4M12AD4XH1141 made by Turck as well as the popular NEF18P352X302 original spares produced by Tsubaki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MZ30 by Tsubakimoto and 9187 spares by Tsi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HMTK1545H15K3MC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tsubaki.
